Lamb butter!
Two of my favourite foods, lamb and butter. I found this fabulous photo when I was reading about Norway's butter shortage.
I was wondering how that combination was going to work, I had this odd thought of greasy (er) sheep running around, smelling like toast, or something... (I think I have been in the house too long...)
Oh, and there was me thinking this was a post about making lonely farmer's lives easier in the Welsh hills.
