ReplyDeleteHi Judith - about your comment to me. You only need to do that leptin rx if you are leptin resistant. Do you think after being low carb for a long time you would be? I have not done this but feel I am not leptin resistant any more. Perhaps good eating does the trick as well?

ReplyDeleteI saw this a while ago... it happens more often than we realise... bats do it, starlings, sparrows etc. It is awesome to see.
