In the process of tidying up Mags' toys etc I found two tennis balls and nineteen ping pong balls under the bed. Nineteen! Plus the ones already in his toy basket. As he hasn't played with them for ages, I am afraid that this is more of an indication of my shamefully slothful housekeeping than Mags' playfulness.
I wonder what to do with all these ping pong balls?
The ping-pong balls look in remarkably good condition; the tennis balls don't!
ReplyDeletePerhaps when you're ready you could think about adopting another little cat who'd love to play with those ping pong balls.
ReplyDeleteI know it's a hard time for you right now.
You could always play ping pong.
ReplyDeleteTake up juggling? No, I think there may be another lucky kitty in your future........
ReplyDeleteHave you ever seen PRICILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT.?
ReplyDeleteOn second thoughts forget that thought
Oh John. LOL! Trust you to lower the tone. :)
DeleteAnd i don't think my muscle tone is up to it these days, alas!
DeleteKeep them all for the next cat who needs you.
ReplyDeleteAlso, if you find a couple of those little balls you get at a
animates... You know the ones? .... They're bright colours... Poppy keeps taking hers outside to play with... And then forgetting where she has put them... sigh
(All typing mistakes are the fault of autocorrect - which I am beginning to HATE!)
Also, if it makes you feel a little better... Currently under my bed... Is half a mouse. The other half is in the tummy of the cat asleep between my knees. My firstborn this morning will be to crawl under the bed and scoop up guts and bits...
ReplyDeleteI love my life.
First JOB!!!!
Fukit!
Damn that autocorrect. Firstborn! Love it.
DeleteHold on to them. You never know who is around the corner wanting to play with them. OMG at John's comment! lol
